  • Tuesday Delivery: Freight must arrive in Auckland by 12:00 PM Monday

  • Thursday Delivery: Freight must arrive in Auckland by 12:00 PM Wednesday

Freight arriving after the cut-off will be held and carried over to the next sailing.

Delivery Standard

  • Freight is available for collection on the same day it arrives on Great Barrier Island.

  • All freight is held at Tryphena Wharf.

  • No deliveries are made on the island.

  • Freight travels with Great Barrier Island Freight.

  • Collection is managed by Freight Link: (09) 265 1279

Tickets Required:
Prepaid customers - Standard ticketing criteria per items applies for delivery to Auckland.
An additional manual charge of $43.97 per item + VFF/RUC & GST will be debited to your account.

Electronic ticketing customers - the relevant ticketing system will rate the consignment to Auckland. An additional manual charge of $43.97 per item + VFF/RUC & GST will be debited to your account.
