I prefer contactless deliveries. Can I receive parcels at a business address without signing for them?

At the time of delivery, you can inform the courier that you prefer a contactless delivery. The courier will maintain a safe distance, ask for your name, and record this information in their scanner (this will be reflected in the tracking information).

Additionally, if you provide delivery instructions while your parcel is in transit or have an Authority to Leave  (ATL) tag at the delivery location, your parcel can be left safely without the need for a signature.
