What time will my parcel be delivered? Expected delivery time

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on where your item is being sent from and where it’s going. Factors such as distance between locations, service type, and processing times may affect how long it takes for your parcel to arrive.

Local/Regional deliveries - sent within a town/city/island

  • Business addresses in main centres: Next working day delivery by
    12:00 PM
  • Residential addresses: Delivery by 5:00 PM (next working day)

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary based on the origin and destination of the item.

National Deliveries (Inter-Island)

We offer both Overnight and 2-Day delivery services for items sent between islands. Delivery timeframes depend on the selected service and the destination.

Overnight Service

  • Business addresses in main centres: Delivered by 12:00 PM on the next working day
  • Residential addresses: Delivered by 5:00 PM on the next working day

2-Day Service

  • Delivery within 2 working days
  • Business addresses in main centres: Delivered by 12:00 PM on the second working day
  • Residential addresses: Delivered by 5:00 PM on the second working day

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on origin and destination. “Main centres” refer to major urban areas. Please check service availability when booking.

Residential Deliveries

For residential addresses, please allow delivery up to 5:00 PM on the expected day of delivery.

Rural Deliveries

Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

When tracking shows "Delivered by courier or branch" for a rural-bound item, this means it has been handed over to our rural delivery partner. From that point, please allow a further 2–3 working days for final delivery.

Note: A signature may not be obtainable for rural deliveries.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you have not received your expected delivery by the end of the next business day, please follow these steps:

  2. On the results page, click “Query”.
  3. Complete the Query Form with the required details.
  4. Our Customer Services team will investigate and respond to you directly.

Why use the online query form?

  • No need to wait on hold.
  • All relevant details are captured upfront, reducing delays caused by back-and-forth clarification.

Our tracking tool provides real-time updates on the progress of your parcel. Here’s what each tracking status means:

Pickup Scan

Indicates the time and date your parcel was collected.

Status Scan

Shows the current stage of the delivery journey your parcel is in.

On Board Scan

Indicates the time and date your parcel was scanned onto the delivery courier vehicle for final delivery.

Delivery Scan

Confirms the time and date the parcel was successfully delivered.

Additional Information in the Tracking Details

The Detail section provides further insights, including:

  • The location of your parcel at each scan point

  • The courier identification number (e.g., Courier 118)

  • The courier’s home branch (area where the scan was made)

  • The signature of the person who received the parcel (if a signature was required)
