A residential delivery is defined as a low-density area, including residential homes, home-based businesses, and businesses located within predominantly residential areas.
How do I know if an address is classed as Residential?
Simply go to our Address Checker and type in the address you want to find out about.
How long does it take for a parcel to arrive at a Residential address?
- Standard Service: Parcels sent to residential addresses are expected to arrive by the end of the next business day from the time they are picked up by our couriers.
- 2- Day Service: If the 2-day service is selected, parcels will be delivered by the end of the second business day from pickup.
